With over 13 years of clinical experience treating individuals across the lifespan, I specialize in guiding clients through difficult life transitions.  I firmly believe that the key to success as a therapist is meeting my clients where they are in life and working collaboratively to identify treatment approaches that resonate with their unique needs and aspirations.


I am a New York State licensed Clinical Psychologist and possess two Master's degrees- one in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and another in Clinical Practices. My comprehensive educational background allows me to draw from a wide range of therapeutic approaches, ensuring culturally sensitive effective treatment tailored to each individual's needs.  I am committed to understanding client life stressors, and helping individuals develop healthy coping skills to manage stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and significant life changes, enabling them to embrace the richness of life.


Employing an integrative approach, I incorporate mindfulness techniques, exploration of thoughts and feelings, assessment of relational patterns, creativity, and core cognitive-behavioral goals within a strength-based framework. I am a Licensed Master Social Worker with specialized experience working with children, adolescents, and young adults. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Criminal Justice and completed my Master of Social Work at Long Island University. Throughout my clinical training and professional experience, I have supported children and teens navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, and identity-related concerns, including experiences within the LGBTQIA+ community.


My clinical work is informed by evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), strengths-based interventions, and mindfulness practices. These modalities allow me to help clients develop practical coping strategies, increase self-awareness, and strengthen emotional regulation and resilience, particularly during key developmental stages.

I earned my Bachelor of Arts degree from Hofstra University and completed my Master of Social Work at Fordham University. As a bilingual therapist fluent in both English and Spanish, I am dedicated to providing culturally responsive care that honors each client’s background, values, and lived experiences.


I specialize in supporting individuals navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, relationship challenges, life transitions, and everyday stressors. I also have a particular interest in working with women who have recently been pregnant, supporting them through the emotional, relational, and identity shifts that often accompany this stage of life. My work focuses on helping clients recognize their strengths, build resilience, and develop effective coping strategies that foster long term well-being.
